During the 1-year collaboration, we worked with our UX/UI designers and software developers in an agile way ( Scrum) focused on the implementation of the MVP according to the "Lean Startup" method. At the same time, our "mentoring" for the product owner on the customer side ensured a sustainable transfer of knowledge.
