Inspired by the ideas of the sharing economy that were emerging around us in Berlin's Betahaus - one of the first co-working spaces in Germany - we founded the company "functional aesthetics" on 1 January 2011. Our goal was to maintain the freelance work we had grown fond of and at the same time create opportunities to realise the truly innovative projects. We were visited by the former Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel, Minister Manuela Schwesig and State Secretary Yasmin Fahimi, with whom we discussed our fa model. In the following years, locations in Munich and Hamburg grew and we were given the opportunity to implement exciting projects for car companies, telecommunications companies and start-ups in Mumbai, New York and Beijing. Today, we are pioneers of one of the first co-worker:in platforms and want to pass on the knowledge we have gained over the last 12 years. We want to develop digital products and services that put people at the centre. We want to use the opportunities of digitalisation to transform companies' business models - towards a circular and regenerative economy. 1/5 Nachhaltigkeit Our Initiatives and Partnerships Every year we invest a not inconsiderable part of our profit in research and development of applications and tools for the development of regenerative business models. transformation quotient Future-proof organizations for the benefit of humanity > TQ.digital Sustainable digitization Knowledge platform for the development of sustainable, digital applications > sustainable-digitalisation.com Circular measures Transformation for sustainable business models and products beta phase You would like to become part of our co-working community - we look forward to seeing you! 👋 Join fa workspace You will be redirected directly to the login page of our Slack workspace for our freelancers.

  • User Experience Design (UX) | die führende UX Agentur

User Experience Design Nothing works without UX: In a digitalised world, user experience is a decisive factor for the success of a company. A good user experience helps to increase user satisfaction, promote loyalty and stay ahead of the competition. User experience (UX) design (UXD) encompasses all aspects of how users interact with a company's digital products and services. Particular emphasis is placed on a fundamentally positive experience when using and fulfilling the specific needs or goals of your customers. The goal of UX is to increase user satisfaction by creating a seamless, enjoyable and effective interaction between the user and the product or service. An important aspect of UX is to deepen our understanding of users' needs and behaviour. Through comprehensive user research , i.e. research, analysis of user data and user testing, we gain insights into how users interact with a product and what problems or challenges they might have. Based on these findings, we develop solutions to improve the user experience and remove obstacles. In addition to conceptualisation and prototyping, another important area of UX is interface design, in which we develop an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interface. This includes the design of responsive layouts, interaction and navigation elements, based on the product strategy, functional and technical requirements developed beforehand. Our services in the area of UX design User Journey Mapping Our journey mapping is a method for visualising a user's experiences and interactions with an application. We use it to identify needs, emotions and challenges. UX conception UX design includes the development of navigation and interaction logics, the information architecture of web, app or software. The aim is to design optimal human-machine interaction. User Interface Design User interface design includes the design of high-quality interface guidelines and GUIs for embedded devices. This contributes significantly to a positive user experience and helps to achieve the goals of the application. Prototyping Prototyping is about the iterative testing of hypotheses. This is an elementary part of any product strategy. To this end, prototypes are created during agile development in order to test them in advance. Note: 1€ UX saves up to 100€ programming costs Source: IBM: "The Cost of Fixing a Defect" A well-founded UX strategy always pays off. Recognising usability problems at an early stage prevents a bug from being 100 times more expensive to fix after development than during the design phase. Investing in a good user experience is worthwhile because it brings significant benefits in both the short and long term: higher customer satisfaction, better conversion rates, cost savings and competitive advantages. UX creates value for your company and should therefore be a central component of any digital strategy. Want to learn more about user experience design?
