The challenge
Increased competitive speed, changing user and employee needs and increasing complexity due to digitization are challenging organizations of all sizes. We were invited to this trip by Helvetia Insurance to accompany together with the colleague of the BCG. Digital products and services should be specially designed for the needs of Swiss familieswill be developed in order to relieve them in your everyday life.
Our approach
After the first design thinking sprints, testing of the first prototypes began. 12 Swiss families" were invited to participate in our 4-weekly test cycles in the iterative development of our applications, equipped with digital devices. During the 1-year collaboration, we worked with our UX/UI designers and software developers in an agile way ( Scrum) focused on the implementation of the MVP according to the "Lean Startup" method. At the same time, our "mentoring" for the product owner on the customer side ensured a sustainable transfer of knowledge.
